  1. What size are your arrangements? Our arrangements start at 20cm in height and go up to 60cm in height.

  2. Are all of these sizes available on the website? Yes, all sizes are available for purchase on our website.

  3. What are your delivery options? We offer Local Hand Delivery, which is available for addresses within Dubai and Sharjah. This option is perfect for gifting purposes or if you have a specific delivery date in mind. Simply leave a note at checkout to specify your preferred delivery date.

  4. How much does local hand delivery cost? The cost of local hand delivery varies based on your address. When you enter your delivery address during checkout, the system will provide you with the applicable delivery cost.

  5. How long will it take for my parcel to arrive? We require 1-3 business days to carefully pack your order. During busier periods, this timeframe may be extended.

  6. Is there a chance the flowers may break in transit? Due to the delicate and fragile nature of dried and preserved flowers, there may be shedding that occurs in transit. However, as noted above, our arrangements are packaged in a way that helps prevent this from occurring. If you have concerns, we recommend opting for pick-up to ensure the safe arrival of your new flowers.

  7. If my flowers may break in transit, do you refund/replace? While we do not refund for small amounts of unavoidable shedding, we will happily look over photos of your arrangement if it has been severely damaged in the post. Please email us with photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your blooms. Depending on the availability of flowers, you will be offered a replacement or a refund.

  8. Do you accept custom orders? Yes, we love bringing the ideas of our customers to life.

  9. Can I make changes to an arrangement? Yes, we strive to accommodate specific requests for flowers or colors whenever possible. Please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to create a customized arrangement that meets your preferences.

  10. Do you use any artificial flowers? No. All flowers used are preserved or dried.

  11. How long will these flowers last? Depending on the environment they are kept in, these flowers can last for years. While the flowers will always look their best in the first year, most of them can still look amazing for up to 7 years. We include care instructions with every order to ensure that your blooms will look beautiful for many years to come.

  12. Do I need to water these flowers? No. These flowers have been dried and preserved, therefore do not need any water. In fact, water can do more harm than good. Part of the care instructions is to keep them away from wet and damp environments as this can cause petals to discolor and become brittle.

  13. Is the vase/pot included? All arrangements include the pot as shown in the images.

  14. Do you accept returns? Please select carefully as we are unable to accept returns, and we do not offer exchanges. To ensure you are selecting blooms that will suit your space, we include a total height including pot on each listing so you can check that the arrangement is suitable.

  15. If your blooms are damaged during transit (excluding expected light shedding as mentioned in our postage FAQ), please email us with photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  16. Can I request a specific flower or color for my arrangement? Yes, we strive to accommodate specific requests for flowers or colors whenever possible. Please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to create a customized arrangement that meets your preferences.

  17. Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we offer delivery within Dubai only. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to serve customers worldwide. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping availability.

  18. Can I include a personalized message or note with my order? Absolutely! During the checkout process, you can add a personalized message or note, and we will include it with your order.

  19. Can I schedule a specific delivery date and time? While we do our best to accommodate specific delivery requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and times due to logistical considerations. However, if you have a special request, please include it in the notes section during checkout, and we will strive to fulfill it if feasible.

  20. Are the dried flowers suitable for allergy-prone individuals? Dried flowers are generally less likely to cause allergies compared to fresh flowers, as they have undergone a preservation process. However, we advise individuals with known allergies to exercise caution and consider their personal sensitivities before purchasing our products.

  21. How should I clean and maintain my dried flower arrangement? To keep your dried flower arrangement looking its best, we recommend gently dusting it with a soft brush or using a hairdryer on the lowest cool setting to remove any accumulated dust. Avoid using water or any cleaning agents, as they may damage the dried flowers.

  22. Can I request a specific size or shape for my arrangement? While our standard sizes and shapes are displayed on our website, we understand that each customer may have unique preferences. If you have a specific size or shape in mind, please contact us, and we will work with you to create a custom arrangement that suits your requirements.

  23. Do you offer wholesale or bulk order discounts? Yes, we offer wholesale pricing and discounts for bulk orders. If you are interested in purchasing our dried flowers in larger quantities, please get in touch with our wholesale team, and they will provide you with the necessary information and assistance.

  24. What happens if I receive an incorrect or damaged order? We strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of every order. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will rectify the issue and make sure you are satisfied with the resolution.

  25. Can I visit your store or showroom to see the arrangements in person? Currently, we operate as an online-based business, and our arrangements are available for purchase through our website. However, we understand the desire to see the products in person. We periodically participate in local markets and events, and we will announce such opportunities on our website and social media platforms.
